Step by step process to obtain a landscape design from our in house expert:

Contact Us / Consultation

The first step to any new relationship is communication. Fill out our contact form, E-mail or Call us today. From there we will schedule a first meeting with you. Our staff will walk your property to take measurements and gather your ideas.
If you are outside of the Central Ohio area and looking for just a design we can accommodate via E-Design & Zoom meetings.

Design Contract

In this step our landscape designer will take your measurements, materials and ideas to create a full design for your outdoor space. With the contract process you can request just the design plans or the design and full installation with Eddybrook. Upon signing the contract 50% of the design fee is due up front to begin the process.

Local clients: If you sign on with Eddybrook to complete your installation, the design fee will be discounted.

Concept / Final Design

Our goal is to give our clients exactly what they want. We will have a concept meeting to go over design plans, materials and cost. From there, we can create the plans in phases or change anything you aren’t happy about. Once the design is finalized we can move forward in either handing over your design plans or proceeding with the installation. The remaining 50% design fee is due before receiving your plans and material list in full.
