Tis' the season for the lovely dandelions to come out. How exactly can you stop them? Below are some tips for you to follow to help you along the way to a weed free lawn:

-A good herbicide is what helps your lawn without killing the grass. The best one for dandelions are selective. As the name states it will kill only weeds.

-Non-selective herbicide will kill any plant on contact. This is good for walkways, spot checks, not the treat your whole lawn.

-Pulling, hoeing, tilling and digging also are the natural way to get rid of them.

Getting rid of dandelions are difficult due to their fluffy seeds. Blowing on them and making wishes is fun but the seeds floating everywhere are not.
