First of all what is compost? It's organic material used as plant fertilizer. Below is a list of how you can make your own:
1. buy a good compost bin and pick a good spot to hold it on your property.
2. Don't be afraid of worms - they are eating the waste portion of the compost and doing all the work for you.
3. Leaves, grass cutting, table scrap vegetables and/or left over garden soil, fruit waste, tea bags are all great to add into your compost.
4. Turn the compost regularly to air it out. Research the proper tools such as an aeration tool to help turn all you compost to keep it balanced.
