If you look closely the beautiful yellow bushes called forsythia are starting to bloom. This typically means the end of winter is right around the corner, or there is one more snow left in the season.
The yellow pop of color helps gardeners know when to start preparing for spring as far as spring clean up, seeding and planting. Some vegetables and early season flowers can start to be planted once you see them bloom. Very pretty plant and very fascinating!
